Those the LORD has rescued will return.
They will enter Zion with singing;
everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them,
and sorrow and sighing will flee away. Isaiah 51:11 NIV
It feels good to be able to include a bit of Scripture in todays ramble. It's kind of two-fold because I think I've lit upon "a plan" about finding a new church. Having chatted things through this morning, I'm hoping to spend a month in each of three different places, one small, one medium and one large and hoping that God will give me a clear indication of where I 'fit' and where I can serve most usefully. So, the return is ON (even though I've not exactly been wandering through the wilderness for forty years or so) and I'm relieved/excited to be even thinking positively at last.
Now, the second vague link is to photography. I'm pretty partial to shooting landscapes and one of the things I tend to do is to return to the same location under different conditions... as I often ramble, the light's the thing! Today, I popped over to Marlingford and there was a pretty-ish sky, visible through the trees... here's the result
